Holiday Lounge Designer Series Paper Stampin' Up

Having so much fun creating Christmas Cards with Stampin' Ups Holiday Lounge DSP paper  # 115676. This card is so sparkly.  I just love the colors.  Real Red card stock and Sahara Sand Card stock.  I for get to use Sahara Sand but it is such a wonderful neutral color.  It goes with just about anything.  So here is the recipe for the making of this card.

Base of card Sahara Sand 4 1/4 X 5 1/2

Real Red . DSP paper Holiday Lounge

Heat and Stick powder, Real Red ink, Dazzling Diamond Glitter, Ornament Punch, Layered with Stampin' Ups Magnetic movers and Shapers Die, Oval Scallop Punch, Layered with Mover and Shapers Die Scallop,

Stamp Set used is Delightful Decoration # 116517 page 24 in the Holiday Mini Catalog.  Have you seen the holiday Mini Catalog.  If not go to the side bar of my blog and Click, you will be amazed at how much Stampin Up has to offer.

Hinged card

Hinged card are so easy to make.  I got the direction for this card on Sandy"s blog.http://www.sandystamper.com/page/9/    Love how this card opens.  We made this at last months stamp club.  This a WOW.  Try one  would love to see what you come up with. I Iove the Hostess Set "Kind and Caring Thoughts" used as the focal point of this card.  Thanks for lookiing today.

 

Halloween Banner.

 
 
    This was so fun to make. I made this for my fireplace mantel.  I die cut all the letter with my Big Shot . I used Designer Series Paper CAST A SPELL. Stamp set used FROM THE CRYPT. Black ink and 4 different colors Stampin Up ribbons, Rub on, punches.Pumpkin Pie , Elegant Eggplant, Old Olive card stock,  to make the flags I Used  bamboo Skewers then sticky taped them to the back.  I used the small part on the Big Shot pennant die.  I sponged all the letter with Basic Black ink. you should of seen my stamp room after I was done. It was a wreck.  I hope you like my littleHalloween decoration. 

Christmas Gift Card Holder

Monday Oct. 12 I have a Stamp a Sack.  The group wanted to make Gift card holder and Tags.  This was a fun class to plan for.  Stampin' Up! has so many great Christmas stamps and paper it was easy to get ready for this class. So here is the recipe for this pretty little gift card.

You start with a 11" x 4 1/4" piece of card stock

Then score at 3", 5 1/2" and 8"

Then fold the 2 center pieces together.

Then punch the middle of card with key tag punch then use small circle punch right in the middle of 2 key tag punch. ( this is to cover where the key tag punch ends) leave about a 1/4" on the edge.)

Then adhere around the edges, (make sure you don't place and adhesive where the gift card will be inserted.)

Supplies used to create this card:  Whisper White, Real Red Card stock, Designer series paper Christmas Cocoa Specialty. Stamp sets are Holiday Best (Hostess set), Dasher #116816 only $8.95.  White and real red ink. Curly Label punch and matching mover & Shaper die.

Birthday card - Not very much stamping

 Here is a card with very little stamping.  Paper used is Kraft , Soft Suede, and More Mustard card stock.  The designer series paper is called Autumn Traditions #115668 I love the fall colors.

Big shot die used to make daisey flowers it is called Daisey Flower 2 #114520 and Two Tagsdie #115954.  Embellished with Kraft Corduroy Buttons , Soft Suede Polka dot ribbon, embossed Happy Birthday sentiment.

 Halloween Share.  So happy the way this card turned out.  Just love this Stamp Set.  From The Crypt #1115460 $22.95 again I used the Designer Series paper Cast-A-Spell # 115677.  Alos used the stamp set called Holiday Best Hostess set. Punches are eyelet border punch and scallop oval. Black ink and ribbon .  SO with Haloween right around the corner why not make some hand stamped cards for all the little goblins on your list.

One for Halloween "Sweet Centers"

 With Halloween just around the corner I wanted to feature Stampin' Ups! Sweet Center with Sweet Treat Cups.

For this card I used new In Color Dusty Durango, Old Olive card stock and Designer Series Paper "Cast-A-Spell".  Dusty Durango 1/2 inch Polka Dot Grosgrain Ribbon. Stamp set is "Sweet Center".  2 Circle punches use too.  Oh and don't forget the M&M's.  You can fill these little cups with just about anything.  Now off to more blogging.

First Christmas card

Wow ,I can't believe I haven't posted anything in a long time.  Sorry,  I have been out of town every weekend in September.  Labor day weekend Jackson camping.  The next weekend hosted a 20th year Anniversary Party for for our dear Friends Rick and JoLynn.  The next weekend spent a great family camping trip to Pismo Beach.  Whew got home from Reno Street Vibration at 8:00 last night.   So this week I plan on  doing stamping and posting on my blog. So be sure and check every day of new samples ans ideas.

I can believe I already made a Christmas card.

I am getting ready for my annual Christmas card Stamp a stack of cards.  This is one we will be making.  The Stamp set used is called "The More the Merrier"

I colored it with Stampin Ups Stampin Write markers.

Back ground stamped with craft Whisper White ink. Used the snowflake stamp from the  new stamp set called "Serene Snowflakes" #115438.  Love this stamp set.  Also used the new punch "Modern Label" #116630 and layered with the punched called "Word Window" #105090.  Paper is also exclusive to Stampin' Up!

It is brand new called "Christmas Cocoa Specailty"  # 116770.  Thanks for looking today.  I will be posting many more sample this week.

MOVERS AND SHAPERS

 I HAVE BEEN PLAYING AROUND WITH THOSE COLORS FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS. REAL RED AND BASIC BLACK. THIS IS THE FIRST CARD I MADE WITH THE MOVER & SHAPERS DIE.  I LOVE THE WAY THE SCORE MARKS SHOW AROUND THE PUNCH.
