So Happy to Stamp

Test Tube Treat.

.       What fun I had when I made this Halloween Treat.  Stampin Up came up with this adorable stamp set called  Wicked Cool # 120600. I filled test tube with fall colored M&M's.  Yummy!!!. Card stock for box is 5"x 4".  Scored all side 1".  Very easy.  Then punch hole with a circle punch that fits your test tube.  Mine was 3/4".  Then the fun begins..Decorate it.  I will be making these treat for my grandson Pre-School. No ghost or goblins at his school.  So fall will be the theme.

 Here are the supplies I used.  So easy you should try.

Stamp Sets:  Wicked Cool , All Holiday.

Card Stock:  Black, Whisper White, and Designer Series paper Wicked Fun

Paper rose, so easy to make

 This is my Stamp Club project for July. I learned how to make these beautiful  Roses from a fellow demonstrator Kay Sha http://creationsonpaper.blogspot.com/2010/03/flower-tutorial.html .  They are very easy to make. The flowers are made with the #119880 5-Petal Extra large punch. This gift box was made with the Big Shot die called "Fancy Favor" # 115965. This is one of my favorite Bigz die for the Big Shot. Is is so easy just run it through and add some sticky tape and there your have it.  I ordered some Designer Series Paper from Stampin' Up! called "Newsprint" # 117166 It come in Black and Very Vanilla.  but I wanted it to be pink.  So Just like Stampin' Ups Presto Pattern Specialty Paper that you can sponge or Brayer.  I had to try and change the color of this wonderful paper.  So I took my Brayer and rolled Pink Pirouette all over it.  I am so please with the results. So again with Stampin Up beautiful papers. You can make it match any color combinations. Hope you give it a try.  I think you will be happy with the results. 

 

St. Patty's Day Treat!!!

Ok this is an idea I had after seeing a Clover with a tiara.  Well not one of my better ideas.  I thought I would share this little flop with you all.  After all we all need a little laugh.  So at Patty's meeting she showed us how to take tags from the Big Shot Die called Two Tag Die stick them together and make a little treat holder.  So with St. Patrick's Day almost her I thought I would make a treat holder. Hers she made was so adorable.  I will post soon. So here is the recipe for this project.

Paper:  Old Olive, Very Vanilla, and DSP from the Sale-a-bration catalog.

Punch:  Heart to Heart # 113694, 1 3/4 circle, 3/4 circle punch

Ink: Old Olive

Stamp: Go Green # 117074 (occasions mini catalog)

small cello bag, gold coins, very vanilla taffeta ribbon

Rhinestones from the Eggcellent Egg Kit # 117179

Tags and Tags and more Tags

I made 9 of these wonderful Christmas Tags boxes and tags for my Stamp Club ladies for a thanks you gift from me. They were time consuming by very easy to make.I found the pattern for box on Split-coast Stamper. It is hard to see in photo but the lid is made with a transparency.

 
These tags were made the the Large Snowflake punch and scallop circle punch. 

These tags were made with Real red, soft suede ink . Delightful Decorations stamps, Ornament punch, Elastic silver cord and sizzlit die Merry Details  # 116823

Wow!  Let see I made 9 boxes and 18 tags in each the is 162 tags. I hope you like them the girls sure did.

 

Joy Blocks

I Picked up these wooden block at a yard sale they are 2" x 2".  I made this for a gift exchange that was  a couple of Saturdays ago for Patty Bennett's group. So fun to make.  I used designer series paper Christmas cocoa Specialty and Holiday Lounge.I embossed the JOY with whisper white embossing powder. and of course I used Dazzling Diamond glitter on the snowflake.  The snow flake punch is one of my favorite # 116628. Scallop circle punch was also used behind the snow flake.  It is kind of hard to see.  I hope everyone is enjoying this holiday season with family.

Baby Shower Favor (Take II)

So here is the Favor I did use for the Baby Shower.  I made 30 of them.  But was pretty fast when you use The Big Shot.   The die used is Stampin' Ups Fancy Favor #115965 $39.95.

Supplies :  Whisper White card stock and Lovely Lilac.

Ink : Lovely Lilac, Pretty in Pink, Regal Rose, Green Galore marker

Stamps:  Flight of the Butterfly, Monogram Sweet

Punches, Circle Scallop , 1 3/8" circle punch, 1 " Circle punch. 

Baby Shower Favor ( Stampin' Up! Fancy Favors)

Here is a baby shower favor I made. I was playing around with.  I love pink and brown color combo.  I used Chocolate Chip card stock and Pretty In Pink.  Used the new "Stampin Up! Fancy Favor Box Die # 115965. I cut the edge of the box off and then used the opposite color and glued to to the bottom of the box. Made 2 straps 1/2 inch wide and 8" long and adhered to each side. The baby's name is going to be Alexis so made a monogram tag with her initial (Stamp set used is Monogram Sweet # 115462)  Bought pink M & M's and  wrapped then in mesh and then tied some ribbon around. ( non SU ribbon)  I need some really thin ribbon. Then i went shopping for Plates and napkins I looked for Baby shower things in Pink and brown but had no luck so I had to change my colors.  So this was the first favor I made.  Next favor box will be posted tomorrow.  So my lesson learned is to find party napkins and plates first then make your favors.  Thanks for looking today.  I'll post the favor I used for baby shower Tuesday. 

Bigz Die (Bag w/ Scallops)

  I had fun today making this cute little bag.  So easy to make with Big Shot Die-Cut Machine #113439.  I used  the big die called Bag with Scallops #114519.  The bag it self is made with Old Olive  card-stock and Designer Series paper called Cottage Wall # 115671. Stamp set used is a new Stamp set called Wings of Friendship. A couple of post ago  June 11th. I did a project that I called Note Station. It had some bright color thumb tacks that I found at Target.  Well I took a pair of pliers and nipped the tack part off and used it for a button type closures.  I wanted to share all the colors they come in so you could see how well they match Stampin' Ups! card stock.  No tacks will be wasted.  There is an other great reason to run down to your local Target is the price $1.50 for 60.  Wow!

 

Green:  Gable Green

Blue:  Bermuda Bay (NEW In Color)

Purple:  Rich Razzleberry (NEW In Color)

Pink: Melon Mambo (NEW In Color)

Yellow: Yo Yo Yellow

Orange: Only Orange
