Because I care!! Pink and Early Espresso!!!

As you can tell from my blog colors I love pink and brown.  So with Stampin' Ups! new color called Early Espresso which is a deep yummy dark brown I had to make this card. Stampin' Up! is a great company to work for they gave all demonstrators who ordered a new color package this wonderful hostess set as a free gift. So here my sample I made.  It is a standard 4 1/4 x 51/2 card.

Supplies as followed.

Paper: Pink Pirquette, Whisper White, Early Espresso 

New "Vintage Wallpaper" Embossing folder.

Ink: Pink Pirquette,Pear Pizzazz and Black

1/8 Taffetta Ribbon Early Espresso

Punches: Scallop Oval, Eyelet Border, Large Oval.

Water Color Trio

 You just never know what will inspire you to make a card.  I was shopping at Home Goods for a clock for my newly painted kitchen and I saw a picture with these three colors and loved it.  So when I got home today.  I just had to go right to my stamp room and get busy.  The color combination is Sahara Sand, Black and Whisper White. The card also has been sprayed with Stampin' UPS! SMOOCH SPRITZ white.  It does show up will in this picture but it is very sparkly. Here are the supplies I used to make this card.

Paper: Sahara Sand. Black, Whisper White

Ink: Craft Whisper White, Basic Black

1/8 Taffeta ribbon

Paper rose, so easy to make

 This is my Stamp Club project for July. I learned how to make these beautiful  Roses from a fellow demonstrator Kay Sha http://creationsonpaper.blogspot.com/2010/03/flower-tutorial.html .  They are very easy to make. The flowers are made with the #119880 5-Petal Extra large punch. This gift box was made with the Big Shot die called "Fancy Favor" # 115965. This is one of my favorite Bigz die for the Big Shot. Is is so easy just run it through and add some sticky tape and there your have it.  I ordered some Designer Series Paper from Stampin' Up! called "Newsprint" # 117166 It come in Black and Very Vanilla.  but I wanted it to be pink.  So Just like Stampin' Ups Presto Pattern Specialty Paper that you can sponge or Brayer.  I had to try and change the color of this wonderful paper.  So I took my Brayer and rolled Pink Pirouette all over it.  I am so please with the results. So again with Stampin Up beautiful papers. You can make it match any color combinations. Hope you give it a try.  I think you will be happy with the results. 

 

Bird Punch Rosebud Card

Isure am going to miss this color when is gone on June 30th. "Orchid Opulence" This card is pretty simple to make.  The tulips are made with the birds wings with the "Two Step Bird Extra Large Punch". For the green part of the rosebuds I just snipped a V out with my paper snips. I also sponged to get some extra dimension.  Here are the supplies I used.

Paper: Whisper White, Opal Opulence, Mellow Moss, and Designer Series Paper " Cottage Wall "

May Stamp Club Project Share

 This cute little Card holder make a wonderful little gift.  I was inspired by Sandy Hancock.  I check out her bloghttp://www.sandystamper.com/ and there were not any instruction so here is my version. I just love the bright color combination in Stampin' Ups! designer series paper " Island Oasis ". The girls really liked this project. It is so nice because you can get two covers with one sheet of 12 x 12" DSP. We also made four card with stamped matching envelopes.  The inside is pretty cool too!  I cut off the flaps of four envelopes and adhered them together.  Then made a belly band to hold the pack together.  Here are some more pictures.

New Catalog sneak a peak.

 Yes ,can you believe it 6 more days until the new catalog is released.  As a demonstrator for Stampin' Up! SU gives a chance to by a couple of stamp sets and paper early. All I can say is wow you are going to love the new colors and accessories and stamp set. So here is a peek at a new Stampin' Up! stamp set called "Friends Never Fade" This stamp set is just fabulous.

Awash with Flowers

Well it has been a long time that I have posted anything on my Blog.  I have just been busy with life.  Every day that goes by I feel like I am so busy but my Stampin Up business has been put on the back burner.  With the new 2010-2011 Catalog coming up July 1st, there is so much to do.  So I have been stamping and creating but just have posted anything.  So here is a card I made  using " Awash with Flowers",  I have heard by a little birdie that this stamp set is going to be in the new catalog. The   colors used in this card are Whisper White, Cameo coral (soon to be retired) Apricot Appeal (also soon to be retired).  I am in love with Stampin Ups two step stamps. Love this new 2 step stamp set called " Awash with Flowers". This stamp set is free with a $350.00 workshop until April 30th.   One of the best things about being a Stampin' Up demonstrator is we get to order supplies and stamp set before they are out for out customers to buy.  So here is one card I made with this set.

Here is my Mojo Monday #134. Also a sneak peek at new Designer Series Paper and new Stamp Set.These will be available on May 1st in the new Summer Mini Catalog. This fabulous new paper is called "Island Oasis"  It has a great tropical flair.  With colors that are so bright and cheery like Tempting Turquoise, Pumpkin Pie, So Saffron,Rose Red and Old Olive.  I am loving these colors.

The  new stamp set that goes perfectly with "Island Oasis DPS" .  Is called "".  So nice for Summer BBQ, invitation, and scrapbook pages.

Pink and Brown (My Favorite Color Combo)

I wanted to make a card for one of my dearest Friends. She has been on my heart lately.  So I made this card with one of my favorite color combinations.  Chocolate Chip and Pretty in Pink.  I made a circular card with the Stampin Ups Big Scallop Die.  To make a card you put folded seam just about 3 scallops over ( do not cut the seam of the paper).  Then just run it through your big shot. Your card should open like a card.
