    I am On a scrapbooking role.It is about darn time.  I'm useing my recovery time to do something I never have enough time to do.  Since I am not moving around like I usely am.   Jay learn to ride his Trycycle while he was visiting Mema and PaPa's house. He was concentrating so hard.  Very proud of himself.

More " Celebration" Scrapbook pages

Here are a couple of more pages I did using Stampin' Ups! Designer Series Paper Called "CELEBRATIONS  AND MATCHING QUICK ACCENTS ALSO CALLED CELEBRATIONS.  I also used some retired Rubons and Ribbon.  Trying to use up some of my supplies.

"Celebration" Designer Series Paper 2 page 12x12 Layout

Feeling a little better today.  I actually got a few scrap book pages done today. They are of my grandson Jay. He always make me smile and brings so much happiness to our lives.  These pages are so fun to do.  Jay is now 3 years old. Well he turn 3 in April.  This is just the first chance I have had to do some scrap-booking for myself.Here are a list of the supplies I used to create this 2 page 12x12 layout. Test Tube Treat.

.       What fun I had when I made this Halloween Treat.  Stampin Up came up with this adorable stamp set called  Wicked Cool # 120600. I filled test tube with fall colored M&M's.  Yummy!!!. Card stock for box is 5"x 4".  Scored all side 1".  Very easy.  Then punch hole with a circle punch that fits your test tube.  Mine was 3/4".  Then the fun begins..Decorate it.  I will be making these treat for my grandson Pre-School. No ghost or goblins at his school.  So fall will be the theme.

 Here are the supplies I used.  So easy you should try.

Ouch!!!

   Well where has the time gone. I can't believe it has been so long since I shared anything.  Well I have been force to slow down a little bite,  I have been home for a week now.  I was in an automobile accident while I was on my way to pick up my adorable grandson last Friday. Here is the picture of my poor car. But on a good note my Grandson Jay was not with me.  I am so thankful that I was not seriously hurt. I have a pretty good case of a sprained neck and shoulder. Lots of really bad headaches. Went to Dr. today and he wants me to stay home  for an other week and rest my arm and neck. No lifting and take it easy.   Im glad our stamps don't weigh to much (HeeHee) Not happy about that but thought maybe between pain I could do some stamping  blogging.Just waiting for insurance to see if my car can be fixed.  The front is pretty bad too.  It was commute time and I was stop and she crashed in to me never hitting her brakes then pushed me into 2 other cars.  I got the worst of it. I have some project that I made that I will be posting.  Sorry about my rambling.

Because I care!! Pink and Early Espresso!!!

As you can tell from my blog colors I love pink and brown.  So with Stampin' Ups! new color called Early Espresso which is a deep yummy dark brown I had to make this card. Stampin' Up! is a great company to work for they gave all demonstrators who ordered a new color package this wonderful hostess set as a free gift. So here my sample I made.  It is a standard 4 1/4 x 51/2 card.

Water Color Trio

 You just never know what will inspire you to make a card.  I was shopping at Home Goods for a clock for my newly painted kitchen and I saw a picture with these three colors and loved it.  So when I got home today.  I just had to go right to my stamp room and get busy.  The color combination is Sahara Sand, Black and Whisper White. The card also has been sprayed with Stampin' UPS! SMOOCH SPRITZ white.  It does show up will in this picture but it is very sparkly. Here are the supplies I used to make this card.

Paper: Sahara Sand. Black, Whisper White

Ink: Craft Whisper White, Basic Black

Paper rose, so easy to make

 This is my Stamp Club project for July. I learned how to make these beautiful  Roses from a fellow demonstrator Kay Sha http://creationsonpaper.blogspot.com/2010/03/flower-tutorial.html .  They are very easy to make. The flowers are made with the #119880 5-Petal Extra large punch. This gift box was made with the Big Shot die called "Fancy Favor" # 115965. This is one of my favorite Bigz die for the Big Shot. Is is so easy just run it through and add some sticky tape and there your have it.  I ordered some Designer Series Paper from Stampin' Up! called "Newsprint" # 117166 It come in Black and Very Vanilla.  but I wanted it to be pink.  So Just like Stampin' Ups Presto Pattern Specialty Paper that you can sponge or Brayer.  I had to try and change the color of this wonderful paper.  So I took my Brayer and rolled Pink Pirouette all over it.  I am so please with the results. So again with Stampin Up beautiful papers. You can make it match any color combinations. Hope you give it a try.  I think you will be happy with the results. 

 

Friends Never Fade

Here is a little card I whipped up from the new Catalog called Friends Never Fade stamp set. It only took about 10 minutes. I love when cards come together so quick.  It is very simple but yet very pretty.Here are the supplies used to make this card. 

Card Stock:  Whisper White, Real Red,So Saffron 

Ink:  Real Red, Old Olive

Wedding Card

One of our best friends daughter Lorraine got married in Tahoe last month.  It was a beautiful wedding. Here is the card I made for them.  Got the idea off one of the many yahoo groups I am in.  So I forgot who came up with the hearts as Bride and groom. But I thought it was adorable. So her is my version.  I used a retired Stampin Up color called Cool Caribbean 2007 In Color.  It just match her Wedding colors so well. Her is a photo of the happy couple.

Paper Used:Cool Caribbean, Whisper White, Bride DSP, Black

Ink:Black, Cool Caribbean ( I used a Brayer to change color of Bride DSP paper)

Accessories: Basic pearls, Black grosgrain ribbon, black stampin write marker, 5/8 Organza ribbon, Embosslit Beautiful wings, Embosslit Scalloped Heart of Hearts, Full Heart Extra Large, Modern Label, Word Window, Ticket Corner Punch.
